My food is an evolving process.  I am continually adding to my repertoire and changing what I offer.  Dishes are often added, through consultation with customers.  You may want something that I haven’t offered; I go away, think, experiment and see what happens.  I value your input and work with you until we are both happy.

In this day and age, most people have great food knowledge and everyone expects to be wowed.  Ordinary food no longer cuts it for functions.  I strive for quality, taste and a point of difference with presentation.
